Coaching and Mentoring

Given the sharply increased number of inquiries: I generally do not offer coaching or mentoring in professional settings. In rare and exceptional cases I may do so, provided there is a strong fit and the minimum requirements are met.

Minimum Requirements.

• Clear alignment with my expertise: academia, consulting, leadership, and navigating complex organizations.
• Completion of a conflict-of-interest due diligence.
• Exclusively professional focus; this is not personal counseling or therapy.

Exceptions.

• Students, PhDs, postdocs in my research group (obviously).
• Students of the Berlin Mathematical School (BMS).
• Prior agreement with me.
